Course cancellations can only be reimbursed if the following requirements are fulfilled because of the organisation that oversees the operation of our courses, which includes allocating spots to other prospective students:
- You confirm your want to cancel by sending us an email.
2. Cancellations must be sent to us at least 48 hours before the commencement of the course.
Refunds are not available for any non-attendance at the course or courses that were purchased without first completing steps 1 and 2.
A one-time, 15% coupon for another course might be given if you are not qualified for a refund, contingent on the specifics and supporting documentation.
It is your duty to get in touch with the SIA Licensing Department if you have any past or current criminal convictions to make sure you can get the SIA licence when you need it. If, after you have finished your course, your SIA licence is denied for this reason, we will not issue a refund.
